Tendly
Terms of Service
Last updated 26 September 2026
These general terms apply when you use Tendly as a business owner or to book with a business. By using Tendly, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
What Tendly does
Tendly provides booking pages and tools for independent appointment businesses. The business providing a service is responsible for its services, prices, availability, customer care, cancellation and refund policies, and legal obligations. Tendly is not the provider of the booked service.
Bookings and changes
Appointment times depend on availability and are confirmed only after any required deposit is successfully verified. An unpaid deposit hold may expire after 15 minutes. Customers may use their private booking link to reschedule or cancel an eligible booking. Keep that link secure. A cancellation does not automatically refund a deposit; contact the business about its refund policy.
Payments and plans
Paystack handles checkout. Applicable deposit amounts and currencies are shown before payment. Owners may choose a paid monthly Tendly plan, subject to the prices shown at checkout. Plan management, card updates, and cancellation are available through the payment provider. Payment processing and any refunds are subject to the provider’s terms and applicable law.
Owner responsibilities
Owners must provide accurate business details, keep schedules current, honor confirmed appointments, manage customer data lawfully, and make any required refund or cancellation terms clear to customers. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring your use of Tendly complies with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tendly for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity; access another person’s records without authorization; or interfere with the security or operation of the service. We may limit or suspend access for misuse or where necessary to protect users and the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Tendly available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service, delivery of every message, or that every third-party payment or messaging service will be available. To the extent permitted by law, Tendly is not responsible for losses arising from the business’s services, missed appointments, or third-party outages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. For questions about Tendly, reach its founder through LinkedIn. For questions about an appointment or refund, contact the business you booked with.
